Commercial solar project update: BMRenew recently sought support from the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) for end-of-financial-year funding to develop the contracts involved in set-up and operation of a commercial solar system. While we weren’t successful, OEH supported BMRenew representatives to attend the Community Energy Congress (see below), which has resulted in a collaboration with REPOWER Shoalhaven who were facing similar hurdles. This is an exciting opportunity and means we may be able to fast-track our search for suitable businesses and investors!

A fresh face on the commercial solar team, also brings unique expertise to BMRenew that may lead to some interesting new initiatives.
